How a co-ord set label grew total sales 57% year on year, with a Shopify store built to convert and Meta campaigns split city by city.
Claura Designs sells women's co-ord sets, Chanderi silk and printed ethnic wear direct to consumers. Demand was there, but growth was uneven: one city would sell out while ad spend kept flowing to markets that didn't convert.
The goal was simple to say and hard to do: grow revenue without letting cost per purchase run away.
In 2025 Claura did ₹10.73Cr in gross sales (up 95%) and ₹8.37Cr in total sales after discounts and returns (up 57%), across 49,911 orders. Average order value rose 15% to ₹1,760.
Across the life of the ad account (Dec 2022 to Jan 2026), ₹1.33Cr of Meta spend returned ₹5.88Cr in tracked purchase value: a 4.43× purchase ROAS over 30,380 purchases. The strongest single campaign, Mumbai, returned ₹6.43L on ₹1.82L spend.
